An intercepted call published by GUR reveals that Russian soldiers predominantly go to war to earn money. A woman is speaking to her mobilised husband, who is audibly depressed, about an "unsuccessful" assault that saw 60 members of the "Storm" unit killed. Man says he could be one of them despite woman's assurances the mobilised are not sent into meat assault (not true).
